Super short post.

Hey. Guess what…

I did AERIAL YOGA at The Yoga Studio today.


It was SO MUCH FUN! I am so excited for the next time I can go back. I’ll be sure to get the same instructor because she was so nice and gave excellent instructions.

I had to get used to hanging upside down and trusting the hammock, and by the end of today’s session (which is 75 minutes long), I was really comfortable with it. Another girl who had gone twice already said that it gets a lot easier from the second time.

The only thing I didn’t do was the “Om” stuff in the beginning. I decided to just pray instead. Besides that, I enjoyed every part of the class. Pretty sure all that hanging upside down added at least a half inch to my height. Watch out for Michelle, the gigantor.

I forgot to bring my camera with me, so I’ll have to make sure to remember next time. (BTW, I received this Living Social deal through my friend, Tati. It is 39 bucks for 4 sessions, which I think will be enough for me. I love trying new things through those deal/coupon sites!)

Even though there was some strength needed while moving or holding on, it didn’t make me sweat. Perhaps I’ll do this again before I run my 22-mile trail race next week? We’ll see.


After I came home, I was delighted to see that my mama made a yummy lunch. Soba noodle salad with grilled chicken!


Egg on the side? YOU KNOW IT.


Okay. Sorry for the short post. I’ll be seeing Urijah and Noel today! Woo hoo!
